Electrode Slitting (Cathode & Anode)
Electrode slitting defines the dimensional accuracy of both cathode and anode materials and serves as the first critical step in cell manufacturing.

- QC focus: width tolerance, edge quality, burr control
- Why it matters: dimensional accuracy at this stage directly affects stacking alignment and cell consistency

Seperator Pouching

Stacking
Based on product design requirements, electrodes are assembled using either stacking or winding processes. For custom-shaped and space-constrained batteries, high-precision stacking is primarily adopted.

Tab Welding
After electrode assembly, tabs are welded to establish internal electrical connections.

Sealing
Cell sealing forms the physical and safety boundary of the battery. Automated sealing equipment helps ensure consistency and repeatability.

Electrolyte Injection
Electrolyte is filled under controlled conditions, followed by a resting period to allow full wetting of the internal structure.

Formation
During formation, cells undergo controlled charge–discharge cycles to activate electrochemical reactions and stabilize performance.

Capacity Grading
After formation, cells are tested and classified based on capacity, voltage, and internal resistance.
